Artist's Statement
I paint for the joy of seeing an idea come to life; for the experience of losing myself in the concentration of combining my total knowledge of painting into the current 'now' of a composition. To me a painting is a series of discoveries found in combining light, color, texture and line. Each canvas is a new beginning - anything is again possible.
